Hyatt

Hyatt's assignment: Create a new service brand, linked to the Hyatt identity, aimed at business travelers near airport properties. This successful concept provided business travelers with the support they needed, from PCs, cell phones, to car rentals and food services. The name, Spectrum, was a perfect fit for the entire spectrum of services unique to Hyatt Hotels. The new brand was leveraged in such high contact customer applications as airport and hotel posters, shuttle bus handouts, room key jackets, and in-room tent cards.
